Healthy Hair Water Challenge!

I decided to come up with a Healthy Hair Water Challenge because of how important it is to drink lots of water for the true health of your hair, follicles and scalp. I started taking hair supplements and the Biotin was causing my face to breakout. I did some intense research and found out that if you don’t keep your body properly hydrated not only will you notice breakouts on your body but all that money you spend on supplements goes down the drain because if the body is not hydrated the supplements won’t have a strong or no affect. This challenge is for 30 days and it’s to get your body use to proper hydration that will then turn into a habit of you choose to. Here is the morning ritual from the beginning to the end of your day and rules.
Items:

1 gallon of water

1 permanent marker

Your hair vision

Self Love

Instructions:

Remove the sticker from the bottle and wash the sticky part away with soap.
Start at the time your day starts with the hour of when you’re up and about like I show in my gallon. For each day you have to hashtag your journey using the hashtag would#curlfident and share your thoughts, excitement etc.
You are going to break the hours down in two. So every two hours you drink up to the like and recite what that hours says and you must say it out loud to your self to commit and keep yourself up to the challenge and excited about your hair vision. For each hour this is how it will go using my hours as an example.

Gallon Breakdown:

8am Great and Blessed Morning Beautiful!!
10am Healthy Hair, clear skin.
12pm Feed The Hair Follicle
4pm Say No To Dry, Brittle Hair!
6pm Say Yes to Shinier and Longer Hair!
8pm Stick to Your Goals!
10pm Feeling CURLFIDENT!!
